PARIMATCH is an international online sports betting company with more than 20 years of presence, more than 2,000 employees in the CIS region and one of the Gambling Industry Leaders on CIS market. We are now expanding to Cyprus and we are looking to recruit for the Offices in Nicosia an Office Administrator.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organising meetings and calls
  • Preparation of letters, contracts and any other correspondence
  • Correspond with other departments and ensure smooth office operation
  • Attending telephone calls and any other duties required 
  • Provide a wide range of Admin support service 
  • General office administration duties
  • Help other departments, as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position as a PA or Administrator
  • Flexible, adaptable with an excellent work ethic
  • Pleasant and helpful personality with positive attitude
  • Able to communicate well in various settings
  • Able to work extended hours if the need arises
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential
  • Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
