CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly reputable CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Arabic-Speaking Customer Support Team Leader to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Providing a proactive approach to customer service and using the in-house CRM to ensure efficient handling of customer concerns.
  • Acting as an ultimate focal point for customer and colleague queries and ensuring queries are dealt with in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Managing a team of 7 Customer Support Officers - allocating workloads, dealing with escalations and queries.
  • Work to designated personal and team targets, setting KPIs and leading the team to the next level of their professional development.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages is essential.
  • Proven experience in Customer Support within a financial services environment.
  • Proven experience as a team leader.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Team player and Service oriented.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.
