We are seeking to recruit a full time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper for our office in Nicosia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks and provision of support related to the corporate matters of the associated companies
  • Corresponding, arranging of signatures and filing of corporate affairs of the associated companies.
  • Organizing and maintaining file system, filing of the correspondence and other records
  • Review and drafting of various secretarial /corporate documents including minutes and resolutions, Powers of Attorney, agreements and legal documents
  •  Manage relationships, and consulting with and coordinating advice from other third-party professionals.
  •  Liaising with agents, external and internal advisers and consultants on various corporate matters.
  • Preparation and execution of bank account application forms and communication with banks
  • Assistance to the General Manager
  • Ensuring smooth running of the office, including Reception & Facilities
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner; Preparing board room for the meetings, greeting clients, assisting during the meetings
  •  Handling office reception, including answering the phone calls, registering and distributing incoming correspondence, sorting out mail, making copies, scanning, preparing envelopes and dispatching documents via local and international courier services, recording outgoing correspondence etc.
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Scheduling appointments, manage agenda, make travel and accommodation reservations, Assistance to the General Manager
  • Replenishing office stationery supplies
  • Recording transactions in the accounting software daily
  • Managing invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting software
  •  Performing bank reconciliations

Job Requirements:

  • Degree  or Diploma in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or Accounting or in any other related field
  • Any relevant qualification is an advantage (LCCI Higher)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent command of the Greek and the English languages, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
  • Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
