As a Senior Finance Officer, you will be responsible in managing and developing the financial, accounting and audit aspects of our cooperation.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute the financial strategy of the company
• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
• Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and reporting to the Company
• Day to day management of finance department.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and presentation to Senior management
• Responsible for ensuring clients account reconciliations and Company’s monthly profit calculations are properly performed
• Proceed with necessary daily and monthly company’s payments
• Preparing necessary reports for complying with the Company’s regulatory obligations to CySEC
• Organization of the record keeping required by the legislation and regulation including safeguarding customer' funds and third-party assets
• Close cooperation and coordination with internal and external auditors
• Determining proper handling of financial transactions and approving transactions within designated limits
• Any additional duties that fall under the umbrella of the finance/accounting department

Key Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
• Previous experience at least 2 years’ as Senior Finance Officer or other relevant preferably within the industry
• ACA or ACCA or equivalent professional body qualification
• Languages: Excellent command of English and Greek
• Strong managerial skills and ability to lead a team
• Efficiency under pressure and consistency in meeting tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to maintain good working relations with service providers and external auditors
