We are looking to recruit a Native German speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team.
Daily tasks include:
- Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
- Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
- Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
- Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
- Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish / German / English / Italian / Dutch / Polish – written & verbal
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills– written & verbal
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Forex industry
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of MT4 platform
- IT literate preferably Microsoft Office
