Our client, one of the biggest retail groups globally, are looking to hire a Sales Advisor with extrovert and pleasant personality for their shop in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at all selling points (sales floor, fitting rooms, kiosks, cash desks etc.)
• Maintain excellent knowledge of all products and be well informed about all offers and promotions.
• Promote additional sales by upselling, cross-selling, as well as additional services, e.g. clothing repair 
• Effective handling of customer complaints
• Effective communication with supervisors and store management team
• Excellent knowledge of cash machine operation

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Passion for customer service and passion for fashion
• Ability to learn quickly
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language (especially speaking and understanding)
• Knowledge of any other language is considered an advantage
• Computer literate
• Previous experience in a customer service position and cash machine handling is an advantage

Working hours: 5 days/35 hours per week

The client offers an excellent benefits package over the market's competitors with earnings of 900-1100 euros gross per month.

• Monthly commissions based on sales (up to a maximum of 8% of salary)
