The Project manager will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project, while ensuring alignment with strategy, commitments and goals coming from Management. 

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of the Management 
• Oversee projects and operations 
• Help define project scope, goals and timeline 
• Define and manage tasks and required resources 
• Support and guide teams 
• Monitor and report on project progress to meet deadlines 
• Evaluate and assess result of project 
• Assisting in the recruitment project 
• Other duties as assigned by the Management 

Qualifications and experience requirements:

• Educational background - Degree Level, preferably in the fields of engineering or computer science 
• Proven at least 3 Years of working experience as a Project Manager in a genuine Agile software development organisation. 
• Ideally good understanding of Agile and Scrum principles 
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Solid background in Technical IT roles and/or Digital space 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Fluent in English
• Able to produce top quality written specification and documentation
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking ability 
• Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy 
• Able to work in a high pressure environment with changing priorities 
• Able to manage multiple and shifting priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity 
• Strong Project Management abilities 
• Results oriented and deadline driven
