Job Description
Our client is an Investment Firm with a global brand established in 2006. The company is looking for Conversion agents (Fluent in German or Portuguese or Spanish) to join their team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar position.
 
Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers mostly via phone
• To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
• Maximize sales activity
• To assist clients with queries regarding registration.
• To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sales

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in one of the following languages is a must German or Portuguese or Spanish.
• Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent business written and oral communications skills
• Knowledge on computers
• Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
