Job Detail
Due to the extension of their company our client, a fast-growing IT Company based in Nicosia, is looking to recruit an experienced Solutions Designer.

Responsibilities:

• The Solutions Designer helps transform a set of requirements – customer, IT, industry, and legal/regulatory – into software solutions
• Analyses customer needs and develops replies; negotiates with customers
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams
• Communicates overall design and approach to a team of programmers; creates flowcharts, diagrams, other models, and programming instructions to guide programming team

• Reviews requirement and designs changes, determines what parts of software are affected
• Collaborates with other IT specialists, technicians, etc., to deliver software solutions

Skills:

• EU-citizenship/Work permit
• At least 4 years of related work experience
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree in computer science, software engineering is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English and Greek skills
• Able to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Dedicated, motivated and reliable team player
• Must have demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of programmers
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential
• Must be detail oriented, yet creative
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills needed
• Proven experience in designing, delivering high-performance and reliable systems

The working hours are from 9.00 – 18.00 with one hour lunch break (starting at 8am also possible)
