Give support services to all of the company’s clients according to the terms & conditions of the business. The position is based at the Newcytech Offices in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware (PCs/Notebooks/Servers)
• Deployment and administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V/VMWare, O365, Azure Cloud services, Office suites
• Professional customer service during implementation.

Qualifications and Skills

• University / College Degree within the field of IT / Engineering
• Minimal 2 years or more of Information Technology experience with an emphasis on Windows platforms.
• Hands on experience on O365, Virtualization: Hyper-V and VMware (minimum 1 year)
• System Administrator or Engineer (MCSE or MCSA) including TCP/IP exams (would be an advantage)
