As a Client Support Associate, you will support and onboard our clients as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities

• Verifying and onboarding clients 
• Providing high quality support to clients via telephone, email and live chat
• Effectively multi-tasking and managing client queries
• Contributing to the team effort
• Developing and maintaining positive client relationships

Key Requirements

• Taking pride in quality of work with a can-do approach
• Performing efficiently as part of a team
• Striving to increase knowledge and skills
• Excellent command of verbal and written English additional languages are considered as an advantage
• Understanding of CFDs, cryptocurrencies, shares and MT5 platform are considered as an advantage (otherwise, training will be provided)
• Ability to work on shift Monday to Friday (09.00-18.00 & 13.00 – 22.00)
• CySEC certification is an advantage
