The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Qualified Accountant for our Audit Department in our Nicosia offices. The successful candidate will be assigned to the management of specific engagements where he/she will be acting as an audit manager.

The Responsibilities:

• Ensuring work is prepared in accordance with professional standards.
• Being responsible for the project management of assigned engagements.
• Conducting reviews of audit files.
• Providing job training and guidance to the members of the team.
• Reporting directly to the engagement partner.
• Having direct communication with clients.

The Individual:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
• University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in any discipline.
• Post qualification experience of 2-4 years.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
• Business awareness and high motivation.
• Ability to work and thrive in a high performance environment.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to deliver quality.
• IT literacy with sound knowledge of Excel/Word.
• Willingness to travel within Cyprus and abroad.
• Good coaching skills and project management skills.
