The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit an Officer/Senior Officer to join our Academy department in Nicosia for learning and development practices. The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for coordinating face-to-face training and practice programs with students from abroad and creating e-learning presentations from data which will be provided by the trainers.

The Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with trainers for developing effective e-learning and other technology-based presentations for technical and soft skills topics, using Articulate Storyline.
  • Uploading presentations and handling any related administration matters of our online platform. The successful candidate will be operating the platform.
  • Identifying and evaluating national and international trends and suggest appropriate programs.
  • Be the project leader of our training and practice programmes with students from abroad. It is expected that the successful candidate will be performing the screening process and any project-related coordination matters. 
  • The successful candidate will, from time to time, be required to undertake other duties such as assisting the Academy team in all training-related matters.
     

The Individual:

  • University Degree with minimum grade U.K universities 2.1, Cypriot and Greek universities GPA 7.5 and USA universities GPA 3.4. University Degree or Diploma in Learning and Development, Applied Informatics, Information Communication, HR, Business Administration, Multimedia Marketing or any other relevant degree, will be considered an advantage.
  • 1-5 years of relevant working experience with Learning Management Systems and handling admin matters of online platforms in Learning and Development and/or HR departments.
  • Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning. Familiarity with the Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative
  • Cloud or other similar e-learning softwares.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (a basic language test will be administered to possible candidates).
  • Ability to work fast and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Detail oriented and ability to detect errors in presentations.
  • Should possess "problem analysis" and "problem solving" skills.
  • Excellent business, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong service orientation, with a professional approach.
  • Ability to work in harmony and efficiently within a team.
