Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Accountant based in Nicosia / Pafos. The accountant will be responsible for book-keeping for companies including the following:

Qualifications

• 2 years + experience in an accounting role
• Specialized in VAT matters (preparation of VAT Returns, submissions, deadlines)
• Familiar with VAT OSS & IOSS
• Specialised in preparation and submission of forms (IR1 /IR 7 /IR63/ IR614A /TD603)
• Calculation and submission of GESY/ on Rents
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax obligations for self-employed individuals, including preparation and timely submission of relevant forms
• Temporary tax payments (Calculation and submission of 1st and 2nd instalment)
• Familiar with TFA/ SISNET/ ERGANI system
• Preparation and management of monthly payroll, payslips, and employer obligations (social insurance, GESY, income tax deductions).
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
