Minthis is seeking to recruit a friendly Sports Ground Attendant to join our growing team of people. The Sports Ground Attendant is responsible for the upkeep and preparation of sports fields, ensuring that all grounds are safe, clean, and ready for client use.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous assistance to clients and facility users, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Prepare and maintain sports grounds
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of changing rooms and restrooms.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Assist in the coordination and support of sporting events
• Monitor and manage inventory and equipment, reporting any shortage or damage.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sports field maintenance and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage

Work is performed outdoors and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions. Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on Company’s needs.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate including basic salary, 13th salary, Provident Fund, Full year employment, Overtime Payment, and Public Holidays payment 1-1:5
