The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute the resort’s marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and drive guest engagement across global and local markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team in one of the most beautiful luxury resorts in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital & traditional) aligned with the resort’s brand positioning.
• Manage and grow the resort’s digital presence, including website, email marketing, social media, and online campaigns.
• Oversee content creation, public relations, and storytelling initiatives that enhance our brand narrative.
• Build and manage brand partnerships, media relations, and influencer collaborations.
• Work closely with the Sales and Events teams to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and guest experiences.
• Track marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize ROI through regular reporting.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role — preferably in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or travel.
• Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and brand communications.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
