Position:
Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full-time Sales Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Credit Risk Business Reporting & Advisory solutions, sustain client relationships, and guide them seamlessly through the sales process. The role emphasizes customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth and profitability.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BSc/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in Credit Risk, Business Reporting, or Advisory services will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential

- Knowledge of business reporting, credit risk, and market trends

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and promote Credit Risk Business Reporting & Advisory solutions
- Prospect, follow up, and maximize new sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients
- Develop expertise in Credit Risk and Business Reporting products
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and client agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and evolving client needs
- Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for quality service delivery
