Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Contacting clients, gathering all necessary documentation needed;
• Processing KYC Verification for potential and existing Clients in accordance to Compliance;
• Assisting clients with confirming their documents and becoming verified traders;
• Processing withdrawals and deposits in accordance to company’s policies - Assisting and supporting Clients when they have issues with their deposits.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and client service skills;
• Sales-oriented;
• Strong command of written and spoken English is essential; Any other additional European languages will be highly beneficial;
• Good organization skills.
