Job Opening: PR/Guests Officer

We are looking for a creative and strategic Public Relations (PR)/ Guests Officer to manage our brand’s communication and enhance our public image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure good coordination and communication within all departments and with the Hotel Manager.
• Follow up on guest correspondence and handle guest complaints in cooperation with the Hotel Manager.
• Conduct in-house CSQ analysis and provide feedback.
• Manage educational and inspection visits.
• Give special attention to guest anniversaries and birthdays.
• Maintain excellent communication with Tour Operator Representatives.
• Attend major guest/group arrivals and assist with check-in.
• Attend major guest/group departures and provide a warm send-off.
• Ensure special care for repeat guests, VIP guests, and loyalty card members.
• Organize in-house events to enhance the guest experience.

Excellent knowledge of product specifications and directives along Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to develop creative campaigns and manage multiple communication channels.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
