Are you passionate about social media, storytelling, and creating content that grabs attention? Whiteboard Communications is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence across digital platforms.

About the Role

As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be the 360° mastermind behind the social media presence of our clients. Your role will be to craft compelling content, manage social media platforms, and drive audience engagement and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

📌 Content Creation & Strategy: Develop engaging content (visuals & copy) that tells a story and aligns with each client's identity.
📌 Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms.
📌 Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, secure approvals, and deliver high-quality content.
📌 Paid Campaigns: Assist in planning and scheduling paid campaigns, with a strong understanding of Meta’s advertising platform.
📌 Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster meaningful relationships.
📌 Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content for better engagement.
📌 Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, new platforms, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh.
📌 Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to expand reach.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
✔️ Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.
✔️ Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
✔️ Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
✔️ A proactive, creative mindset with excellent organizational skills.
✔️ A strong understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing trends.
✔️ Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
✔️ Team player who collaborates effectively with co-workers.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
✔️ Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
