Orders Processing Administrator
Laptops Clearance Cy, a leading retailer of laptops and desktops, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Orders Processing Administrator to join our team in Nicosia.
Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities & Skills:

Process customer orders for local pick-up or nationwide delivery in line with established procedures and guidelines.

Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the customer service team.

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.

Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data in company databases and systems.

Invoice all orders using the company’s ERP software.

Generate AWBs and shipment tracking details for all orders dispatched through ACS Couriers.
Key Competencies:
-
Previous experience in order processing or customer service is preferred.
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software systems.
