Orders Processing Administrator

Laptops Clearance Cy, a leading retailer of laptops and desktops, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Orders Processing Administrator to join our team in Nicosia.

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Process customer orders for local pick-up or nationwide delivery in line with established procedures and guidelines.

  • Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the customer service team.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.

  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data in company databases and systems.

  • Invoice all orders using the company’s ERP software.

  • Generate AWBs and shipment tracking details for all orders dispatched through ACS Couriers.

Key Competencies:

  • Previous experience in order processing or customer service is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software systems.
