CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly diversified Group of Companies with international activities in the Marine, Offshore and Energy industries, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Customer Support Officer, you will primarily be responsible for handling client enquiries appropriately, and ensuring that high level service is provided, as well as providing administration and operational support. Any previous experience in a similar position will be considered a significant advantage, although full training will be provided. Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken is essential for this role. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Handle client enquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided.
• Research potential vendors and compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth orders for each vessel.
• Establish professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Provide administration and operational support.
• Manage internal database and filling system.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Any previous experience in a similar position will be considered a significant advantage.
• Good commercial awareness of the shipping industry will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Possess good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and productively as part of a team.
