We are Hats ON, a multi-awarded, fast-growing, full-service digital agency. We have a strong track record helping organizations create positive change and achieve their goals with a digitally driven strategic approach. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist for a full-time position at our Nicosia office.
Duties
- Design the digital media plans according to the sales funnel and other marketing models, and advice on visual assets to be produced.
- Plan and execute all digital advertising activities using ad platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
- Work on a budget to reach maximum KPIs keeping the CAC at the optimum level.
- Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers (Google, META etc) in order to achieve campaign objectives.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Suggest new digital channels in an effort to achieve KPIs in an efficient way.
- Properly structure and interconnect advertising accounts in various platforms.
- Manage communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving account growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 2 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing.
- Highly proficient in using digital ad platforms such as META Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and others.
- Have a good understanding of organic acquisition such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties (ex-Google, Facebook pixel, etc) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes.
- Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.
- Have a good understanding of Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates integrity and is a team player.
