Our team is expanding, and we are seeking to hire a Senior Account Manager for a full-time position at our Nicosia office.

Duties

• Identify client needs and brainstorm on creative solutions and groundbreaking ideas
• Devise and implement successful and creative campaigns for assigned clients
• Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients
• Operate as the main point of contact with clients and collaborate with the team to achieve the successful delivery of the agreed deliverables on time and quality
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Suggest new digital channels and ideas in an effort to achieve KPIs in an efficient way

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in the same position or relevant experience
• Experience in marketing and digital technologies
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Strong presentation, leadership and analytical skills
