Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a proactive and analytical Marketing Intelligence Manager to join our Marketing Team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, this role involves actively gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge. This position requires fluency in Russian, English, and ideally Greek.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Market Intelligence Gathering

• Actively monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Cyprus and internationally.
• Build and maintain networks to gather actionable insights from market players, stakeholders, and other relevant sources.

Strategic Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze market data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for the executive team, translating intelligence into actionable strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the marketing, business development, and research teams to align intelligence activities with broader company goals.
• Provide recommendations for marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and product positioning based on market insights.

Requirements for the position:

• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; proficiency in Greek is highly beneficial.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in market intelligence, market research, or a related role, ideally in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and engaging personality.
• Experience with market analysis tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
