Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Loyalty Manager to join our Marketing Team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Loyalty Manager will play a vital role in nurturing and enhancing relationships with our existing clients. This role is ideal for a professional with a marketing background who is fluent in both English and Russian and thrives on creating memorable customer experiences.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally.
Customer Experience and Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and foster client retention.
- Organize and manage client appreciation initiatives, including events, personalized gifts, and special offers tailored to client preferences.
Loyalty Programs
- Create, manage, and optimize loyalty programs to reward and engage clients, ensuring program effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor client feedback and adapt programs to better meet customer needs and expectations.
Marketing and Communication:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted communication strategies and materials for existing clients.
- Draft engaging content for client outreach, ensuring messaging aligns with the company's brand and values.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze client retention metrics and loyalty program performance, providing regular reports to the Marketing Director.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving client engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements for the position:
- Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, customer relationship management, or a related role, ideally in the real estate or luxury sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural charisma for engaging with clients.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, loyalty program software, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office).
