The Role:

• We are looking for a personable and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team.
• This full-time role is essential in enhancing our client experience and supporting the growth of our salon services and products.
• As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting products, managing client inquiries, and assisting with salon operations to ensure smooth daily functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients warmly and assist with product recommendations and sales.
• Answer client questions in person and over the phone with enthusiasm & knowledge.
• Support stylists by coordinating client needs and helping maintain a steady flow.
• Process transactions accurately, handling payments and cash.
• Keep product displays organised and the reception area inviting.
• Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and basic administrative tasks.
• Help promote salon services and products to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with booking software and point-of-sale systems.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a proactive, friendly attitude.

Salary:Competitive, dependent on experience (range: 15-20+k per year)
