Position Overview:

As a Hair Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in our salon's success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make a lasting impression on our clients while providing essential support to our stylists.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Hair Washing: Prepare clients for their services by washing and shampooing their hair, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
• Client Care: Provide therapeutic and massage treatments to clients, enhancing their overall well-being.
• Styling Assistance: Assist senior stylists with haircuts, coloring, and styling services.
• Hospitality: Offer exceptional customer service by serving coffee, drinks, and assisting with any other client needs.
• Salon Support: Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing tools and equipment, and assist with various tasks around the salon to ensure a smooth and pleasant environment.
• In-House Training: If you aspire to become a hairdresser or stylist, we offer in-house training and mentorship to help you achieve your career goals.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but a passion for the beauty industry is a must.
• Strong enthusiasm to learn and grow as a beauty professional.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to create a positive client experience.
