The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for holistic health and wellness, delivering exceptional therapeutic services aimed at promoting complete relaxation and rejuvenation for our clients.

Candidate Profile:

• Certified in massage therapy and esthetics.

• Proficient in various massage techniques and skincare treatments.

• Knowledgeable about health and wellness practices and products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.

• Open to continuous learning and development in the field of wellness and spa therapies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of professional spa therapies, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other holistic treatments.

• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their preferences and any medical conditions.

• Maintain a clean and organized working environment, following all safety and hygiene protocols.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.

• Educate clients on post-treatment care and the benefits of services offered.

• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure a seamless experience for clients, participating in team meetings and training sessions.

• Manage scheduling, record client preferences, and maintain accurate treatment records.

• Stay updated on trends in the wellness and spa industry, incorporating new skills and techniques into your practice.

• Promote and sell spa services and retail products, achieving individual and team sales goals.
