Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out in the field of property maintenance, we value dedication, a proactive attitude, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and upkeep of properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Address maintenance requests efficiently, diagnosing and resolving issues to keep properties in top condition.
• Property Inspection: Conduct property inspections before and after occupancy to ensure all aspects of the property meet safety and operational standards.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize future repair costs and reduce potential issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
• Emergency Response: Be available for occasional emergency maintenance needs or urgent repair requests.
• Property Enhancements: Collaborate with the team to improve the overall aesthetic and functionality of properties, enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills.
• Ability to diagnose and fix common household and property issues..
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license
• Ability to work 8-16, including on-call availability for emergencies.
• Must live within the Paphos District.
