OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Liaise with customers and take care of issues.
  • Answer calls and take messages
  • Arrange appointments & meetings
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • To follow administrative procedures as communicated by the Management.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient office environment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Greek and English language (verbal & written).
  • Very good knowledge of Ms Office (Word / Excel / Power Point).
  • Previous experience in a similar position of at least 2 years.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Reliable person
  • Motivated / committed & disciplined

Office working hours are 08:30 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 08:30 – 13:00.
