Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily checks of cash registers.

• Assist in the reconciliation of general ledger accounts (vendors, banks, etc.).

• Help with online payments to suppliers.

• Contribute to payroll management.

• Assist in the management of Social Insurance, GESY, Defence, Income Tax, and other related items.

• Entry recording in accounting journals within the accounting system under supervision.

• Assist with the maintenance of books and accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions.

• Support in the review of accounting documents to ensure accuracy.

• Participate in month-end accounting activities under guidance.

• Regular communication with clients to manage account balances and collections, under supervision.

Qualifications:

• A University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field or pursuing one, and/or Holder of LCCI Intermediate certification.

• Up to 1 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting positions.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping software and MS Office, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.

• Proficient business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English to ensure clear communication with partners abroad.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the accounting role.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
