Ergo Home Group is looking for an IT Assistantto join our team.

The main Responsibilities will be

·         Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems

·         Configuring hardware and software such as printers or routers, and providing daily support for computer network users

·         Setting up peripherals such as printers, router, computers

·         Help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems

·         Contracts with vendors in case of network or other failures

Requirements

·         Degree in Information Technology or related field

·         A minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity providing IT Support is essential

·         An interest in technology and the desire to learn and improve

·         Strong communication skills in Greek and English (Written & Spoken)

·         Attention to detail

·         Good problem-solving skills
