Livingmember of Ergo Home Group is looking for an enthusiastic, talented Branch Managerto join our team. The candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

The main Responsibilities will be

·         Create personal experience that differentiates the Company which inspires the customer to return and builds loyalty to the brand

·         Meet sales goals and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

·         Use design aesthetic to provide to the customer with project direction, frame and fabric selections, and furniture layout to ensure a successful completion and delivery of order.

·         Maintain the striking visual appearance of the Store

·         Propose innovative ideas

·         Execute Company sales policies and practices. Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel

·         Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise

·         Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

Requirements

·         Broad knowledge of design and effective sales and specification techniques desired

·         Customer management skills

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Proven successful experience as a Branch Manager

·         BA or BS in Interior Design or any related field is preferred.

·         Proven track record of increasing sales in a similar showroom
