On behalf of our client operating in the real estate industry, we are seeking to recruit a professional individual for the position of Business Development Associate – Chinese Speaking, who will be based at our client’s offices in Limassol.
Main duties:
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the business development of the Chinese and Hong Kong market. Reporting to the Sales Manager and the General Manager, his/her tasks will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, and expanding associates’ network
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Liaise with immigration authorities and lawyers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Gather market and customer information
- Stay current with the market trends and feed future buying trends back to the team.
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented appropriately
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and presentations in Cyprus and abroad
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or any other related to Sales field from an accredited College/University
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Associate or in a relevant role
- Native Chinese speaker
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Experienced with MS Office
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals

- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Very good networking and negotiation skills.
- Very good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
