INEX is an investment developer group,which specialises in implementing full-cycle projects, ranging from choosing land plots to managing construction and maintenance of premium-class real estate. We are currently looking for a Deputy Project Manager (Architectural/Construction/Development)

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with contractors and subcontractors on projects and provide them with necessary information.
- Engineering project maps and technical issues prior to commencement of projects.
- Conduct shop audits and rectify all non-conformities.
- Supervise and facilitate project execution, project administration, correspondence, flow of information and data.
- Obtain bids and quotations from contractors and suppliers and check the quality of recommended products.
- Daily use of 2D and 3D, BOQ (bill of quantities), mapping, bidding and visualising prospects in 3D max software.
- Maintaining company standards in the execution of each project.
- Report project progress to senior management on a regular basis.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Manage site construction operations, ensuring successful project completion and adherence to required time, budget and quality.
- Providing technical advice and problem solving on site.

Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience with AutoCAD 2D, 3D, SketchUp, Revit as an advantage and3D Max.
- Technical skills and creative ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
