CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a talented Senior Multimedia Designer to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for producing multimedia content in collaboration with Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Programmers as well as external agencies. You will need to hold approximately 3+ years of proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector and possess a complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, copywriters, and programmers.
• Meeting with stakeholders to determine the scope of the projects.
• Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas.
• Help develop the brand and introduce motion guidelines.
• Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to specifications.
• Creating digital images, video animation, and typography animations.
• Creating original artwork for digital image processing.
• Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.
• Recording, editing, and encoding audio files.
• Performing media edits based on feedback.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Approximately 3+ years' of experience in a similar role in the Forex and/or Financial Services industry.
• A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of software design programs from the Adobe Creative Suite apps.
• Proficiency in creating original illustrations from scratch.
• Comfortable with 3D software tools (Blender, Cinema 4D or Adobe Dimension).
• Experience in UI design is advantageous (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
• Experience working with AI is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
