Main Role:

• Monitor the effectiveness and quality of the live outgoing calls on a daily basis;Ensuring that the call quality is based on the company’s standards and regulatory requirements;
• Determine weaknesses in performance and prepare reports;
• Track and identify key issues and report them with feedback to the department manager;
• Prepare call monitoring Reports;
• Any other ad-hoc requested translations.

Candidate Profile:

• Business fluency in English and native in Arabic language;
• Proven experience in the FX Industry;
• Demonstrated work experience in a call monitoring/Compliance role or sales role will be considered as an advantage;
• Great Communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and have deadlines;
• Efficient Typing Skills;
• Ability to work from Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00.
