Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Comparative analysis of bank proposals for project financing, including a comparative analysis of internal and external financial models of projects
• Reporting to management on the status of attracting external funding
• Participation in negotiations with banks, insurance / appraisal companies, auditors, business partners in terms of attracting external financing
• Coordination of loan and security documentation, as well as other documentation related to the issues of attracting external financing
• Analysis and organization of attracting new alternative sources of external financing (bonds, mutual funds, etc.)
• Coordinating the interaction of the department with other structural divisions of the company and business units in the process of attracting external funding
• Organization of control over the timely fulfillment of obligations by borrowers / guarantors/etc under existing agreements with creditors.

Requirements for the position:

• Major experience in financing approval in the corporate banking sector with clients in the construction & development industry
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
• Developed organizational and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of financial banking products (loans, guarantees, letters of credit), in particular project financing using escrow accounts, bridge loans, loans against future profits, as well as internal banking procedures for their consideration
• Basic knowledge in the field of financial modeling and analysis of the effectiveness of investment projects
• Basic knowledge in the field of implementation of projects for the construction of apartment buildings (stages of implementation, composition and content of the IRD)
• Experienced PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP)
• High performance discipline, analytical mindset, perseverance, honesty, proactivity
