The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Head of Content to lead our Content Team. The successful candidate will assume the responsibility of developing and implementing content strategies that deliver exceptional results across the Group.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• • Develop and implement a cross regional Content Marketing strategy aligned to the Group’s overall vision and objectives
  • Contribute to and oversee the execution of a variety of content marketing activities/materials including digital and web, emails, newsletters, printed material, video, reports, social media, PR material etc. and ensure high quality
  • Write, edit, and proofread relevant content
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content, interpret the results for key stakeholders and proactively look for areas of improvement
  • Implement SEO best practices in relation to content creation and website maintenance
  • Use technology solutions to automate and improve content. Create a culture of experimentation and A/B testing to enhance content quality
  • Have a thorough understanding of keyword research and the ability to create new and optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Brainstorm and identify new avenues for content production that will help to develop brand visibility
  • Work closely with the in-house design, media and business teams to produce content for various creatives following specific brand guidelines
  • Lead, coach and motivate the Content Team. Set ambitious goals to achieve and help them develop professionally

Main requirements:

• • Degree in marketing, new media, communications or any other related field
  • At least five years’ experience in content marketing including experience in managing a Content Marketing Team
  • Experience in delivering high-quality content across multiple digital channels
  • Experience in writing SEO friendly content will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong creative writing background and skills
  • Integrity of character and strong work ethic
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to deliver high quality content to tight deadlines
  • Strong people management skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • High team spirit
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate
