CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly prestigious, International provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services with expanding operations in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a highly experienced and capable Corporate Services Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for the establishment, administration and management of companies and entities assigned them, whilst managing and developing relationships with clients. You will need to possess extensive experience in the Corporate & Fiduciary services sector, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of client engagement documents to include respective agreements and documentation for establishment/incorporation of entities.
  • Establishment, administration and management of companies and entities such as Cyprus and offshore companies, trusts and foundations in accordance with relevant laws of various jurisdictions and according to the ISO certified processes, checklists and regulations as per company requirements.
  • Monitoring and ensuring of compliance relevant topics with regard to the internal and external directives, regulatory rules and procedures that apply to these mandates.
  • Conducting of client meetings and meetings with client advisors.
  • Management and development of client relationships.
  • Undertaking of carrying out special project work as required from time to time by our clients in relation to their specific requirements.
  • Preparation of year-end documentation and compliance with statutory requirements in relation to trustee and corporate decision making processes.
  • Preparation of annual reviews in accordance to the respective processes, checklists and directives.
  • Ensuring that systems and data files are complete, correct and are continuously updated.
  • Ensuring outstanding issues raised throughout internal (inter office reviews) and external reviews are adequately followed up.
  • Ensuring invoices are issued regularly (as per policies) in a timely manner and that fees are collected within the ordinary payment terms.
  • Ensuring the company is protected in terms of legal and regulatory sanctions and loss of reputation and that confidentiality as well as our internal regulations, directives and processes.
  • Ensuring that all client engagement and identification documents are properly handled and completed and transactions monitored to meet the requirements of the Money Laundering Law and according to our internal directives.
  • Development of a network with external professional contacts with the aim of introducing new business, enhancing technical knowledge and promoting the brand.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Law or a related field.
  • Core corporate management and administration skills and experience within the Corporate/Fiduciary services sector is a must.
  • Practical understanding of company, trust and foundation management and administration issues to include fiduciary transactions.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and audit for purposes of administration of client requests.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Greek enabling independent work on English and Greek trust and corporate documents (other languages are an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Initiative, reliability and ability to work independently.
  • Administrative efficiency and excellent time management skills.
