As a Back Office you will join our Operations team. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. The successful candidate must be able to work one day per week 13:00-21:00 on a rotation basis and one Sunday per month.

You will:

• On-board clients based on a correct KYC;

• Effectively follow the procedures specified in the ‘Risk Management and Procedures Manual regarding Money Laundering (‘*ML’*) and Terrorist financing (‘*TF’*)’ and the AML client acceptance Policy;
• Deal with any requests submitted by the clients via the FxPro Direct related to the client’s profile (i.e. New submitted documents, email change request, residential address update, closure or reactivation of an account/profile);
• Approval of additional accounts;
• Set up Power of Attorneys;

• Corporate profiles application;
• Flag and report to the Head of Back-Office anything suspicious;
• Ongoing world check on our existing clients.

We are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
• Good command of the English language. Knowledge of Greek is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
