CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Arabic-Speaking Call Monitoring Assistant to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for determining internal quality standards by listening to and studying inbound and outbound calls of Account Managers and Customer Support team members. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Arabic & English and possess excellent communication and client service skills. Previous experience working within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector will be considered an advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Determine quality standards by listening and studying inbound and outbound calls of Account Managers and Customer Support team members.
• Examine results of the calls by using scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability.
• Provide feedback via Reports to the Group Head of Compliance Function and the Chief Compliance Officer of all monitored calls.
• Assist in the investigation of complaints.
• Assist in various marketing projects.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional & regulatory publications.
• Assisting on the required documents for account opening (translations).

Key Skills/Experience:

• Previous working experience within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent client service skills are a must.
• Fluency in both verbal and written Arabic & English is essential.
• Effective listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
