Our thirteen separate manufacturing sites are designed to fully comply with European and WHO current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Medochemie Ltd invites applications for the position of Junior IT Technician for our offices in Limassol, CYPRUS. Duties: - Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
- Install, configure, and support copiers, fax machines, printers, scanners and miscellaneous peripheral hardware
- Provide 1st level support to users for all computer hardware and software issues or queries
- Troubleshoot software and hardware systems, such as computers/laptops, telephony systems and network devices
- Repair and or replace damaged computer and/or network components
- Maintain the up-to-date technical documentation
- Desktop OS administration/ network operating systems
- Carries out any further duties assigned
Qualifications: - Relevant certificates or College Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- Previous experience in a relevant role will be considered as an advantage
- Experience with Active directory, Exchange and Windows Infrastructure, Cisco Technologies will be considered as an advantage
- Very good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Greek
