CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Telecommunications related services and solutions to clients across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for developing new business opportunities via proactive outbound activity, including face-to-face, phone and email communication. Previous experience in a related role is highly desirable as well as outstanding communication and client service skills. Excellent verbal and written skills in both Greek & English are essential. Our client is willing and able to consider candidates on both a Part & Full-Time basis and offer a competitive basic salary, plus an attractive and financially rewarding commission plan.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Utilize proven sales techniques to build customer relationships, enhance the customer’s buying experience, retain customers, and exceed customer care commitments.
• Engage prospects to present the company’s services.
• Perform regular visits to prospects to drive new business and grow the company’s revenue, market share and profitability.
• Build relationship at all levels and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Complete regular updates in the CRM System and prepare/submit all required reports in an accurate and timely manner to Management.
• Meet and ideally exceed designated revenue targets.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Ideally educated to degree level in Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales and business development is highly desirable.
• Ideally a proven track record of meeting and ideally exceed designated sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
• Pleasant and dynamic personality.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Dynamic and positive personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
