Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client an award winning 5 Stars luxurious hotel in Paphos, seeks to recruit a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead a professional Team:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team and be responsible for guest services
  • Involved in Trainings of your Team
  • Responsible for the selection/hiring of front office personnel
  • Set Up the Department at its atmost professional functionality.
  • Supervise staff
  • Organize Front Office Department schedules
  • Evaluate and assess staff performance.
  • Experience in managing hotel rooms division, Yield management.
  • Confirm that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
  • Ability and experience in resolving guest problems efficiently, and courteously
  • Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel.
  • Maximizes room revenue and occupancy by reviewing daily status

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or relevant
  • 4 years previous experience in the same or similar role within the Hospitality Sector.
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Experience managing Teams
  • Computer Literate.
