Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client an award winning 5 Stars luxurious hotel in Paphos, seeks to recruit a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead a professional Team:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front Office team and be responsible for guest services
- Involved in Trainings of your Team
- Responsible for the selection/hiring of front office personnel
- Set Up the Department at its atmost professional functionality.
- Supervise staff
- Organize Front Office Department schedules
- Evaluate and assess staff performance.
- Experience in managing hotel rooms division, Yield management.
- Confirm that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
- Ability and experience in resolving guest problems efficiently, and courteously
- Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel.
- Maximizes room revenue and occupancy by reviewing daily status
Qualifications:
- Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or relevant
- 4 years previous experience in the same or similar role within the Hospitality Sector.
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Experience managing Teams
- Computer Literate.
