CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of services to clients predominately in the Forex Sector, we are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will play a vital role in the development of the HR function of our Client, including the implementation of an employee evaluation system, recruiting and onboarding, policy and procedure and more. You will ideally be educated to degree level in HR or another relevant field and possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience working in a relevant HR role, ideally within the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage an evaluation system that drives high performance.
  • Manage recruitment for the Company.
  • Draft employment agreements.
  • Update and monitor HR manuals and personnel files.
  • Manage the new joiners & leavers process.
  • Implement and maintain an appropriate employee evaluation process.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with relevant laws & regulatory requirements from an HR perspective (e.g GDPR).
  • Organize events and team building activities.
  • Handle effectively any HR related matters escalated from employees.
  • Support the Senior Management Team to achieve the Company’s vision & strategy.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Educated to degree level in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Approximately 2+ years of previous experience within a similar HR role is a must, ideally from the Forex Sector.
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Good understanding of Cyprus Labour law and GRPR requirements.
  • Any previous experience with HR & Payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Previous experience with performance appraisals and/or employee evaluation systems.
  • Ability to work freely in Cyprus.
