As Store Manager, you're responsible for achieving the sales and profitability targets. You work strategically and seek opportunities to provide a fantastic customer experience in your store.

You ensure that your team is well-trained and customer-oriented. You contribute to our business success by being results driven, business minded and a team player, a role model for H&M.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and regularly follow up sales and profit KPIs to maximize results
• Together with the Team, prioritize actions that have a clear impact on sales
• Ensure that the commercial execution of the store continuously meets H&M standards
• Implement and secure store operations best practices
• Ensure an Omni customer experience together with store team
• Work actively with succession planning and talent development.
• Ensure Health & Safety, legal and security are in accordance with H&M standards and local laws to always secure all employee and customers safety.
• Strengthen our corporate culture by promoting feedback in our daily work and train the store team to do the same

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate team members to offer a great customer experience
• Team player enjoying cross collaboration with the other members of the management team, promoting constantly our Values & Culture
• Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to changes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Delegate follow up and provide feedback to support the development of the team.
• Similar professional experience would be an asset
• Good knowledge of English language
• Motivation to develop further in the company
