We are looking for an Online Executive to join our Team and be responsible for planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts as well as for Online Customer Care & Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media

• Responsible for Online Customer Care & Experience

• Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness

• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools

• Be actively involved in SEO efforts

• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

• Execution of Online orders

• Management of ecommerce platforms

• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

• Content management for Website uploads

• Liaison for Online support partners

• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

• Website management

• Organization of photoshoots

Requirements:

• Proven experience at a similar role

• Knowledge of web analytics tools

• Working knowledge of ad serving tools

• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM

• Skills and experience in creative content writing

• Excellent customer service approach

• Up to date with current technologies and trends in Social Media

• Computer literate

• Fashion oriented

• Fluent in Greek and English

• Experience in a similar position will be considered a bonus
